When life gives you lemons … make lemonade!! And that’s just what the JEWELS of Hanover Baptist did today during the\u00a011th annual Ladies’ Tea.\u00a0This year’s theme centered around lemons and\u00a0daisies.\u00a0Fourteen tables were donned with centerpieces made from half\u00a0lemons with\u00a0daisies in the center of each.\u00a0The tables were full of lovely women from surrounding churches from King George.\u00a0Our program this year consisted of special music (sung acappella\u00a0by the Pizana ladies), a dramatic reading by Amber French, Humor by Sharyn Halpin, and a heartfelt devotional by Betsy Crookshank.\u00a0I believe all of those present left the lemon-filled fellowship hall with laughter and hope in their hearts.\u00a0It was indeed a lemonade kind of day!!<\/p>\n
